YEAR

2023

Ground-up site redesign for a global marketing analytics firm repositioning around a new brand identity. Custom WordPress theme on Timber with Twig-based templating — the same architecture that powers this portfolio site — structured content across a deep information hierarchy, and a design system scaled to a Forrester Wave Leader’s commercial intelligence platform. The largest independent engagement in my practice.

Sole developer on the full redesign, working directly with Analytic Partners.

Background

A 25-year-old analytics company was rebranding — and the website needed to lead the transformation.

Analytic Partners — the global commercial analytics firm behind the GPS Enterprise platform — had spent over two decades building a client roster of 1,000+ brands across 50 countries, analyzing hundreds of billions in marketing spend. By 2023, the company had been named a Leader in The Forrester Wave for Marketing Measurement and Optimization and was preparing a comprehensive rebrand to reposition around its commercial intelligence vision. The new brand identity — developed with Emotive Brand and debuted at the MMA POSSIBLE conference in April 2023 — introduced a geometric design language, multi-dimensional visual system, and a messaging framework that moved the company beyond “marketing mix modeling” into enterprise-grade decisioning. The website at analyticpartners.com was the rebrand’s highest-visibility deliverable: the primary surface for analyst relations, enterprise sales, recruiting, and the Knowledge Hub content engine that drives Analytic Partners’ thought leadership strategy. The existing site couldn’t carry the new identity — it needed a ground-up rebuild.

The rebrand was the catalyst, but the real requirement was a platform that could evolve with the business — not just look different, but work differently.

Implementation

A WordPress rebuild on Timber with structured content architecture designed for a deep, multi-audience information hierarchy.

The site was rebuilt on WordPress using the Timber framework for Twig-based templating — separating presentation logic from content and giving the development layer clean, maintainable templates across a site with significant depth. The information architecture spans six core solution areas, segmented by industry and buyer role, a full Knowledge Hub with blog, resource library, customer stories, and ROI Genome research, plus corporate pages covering company history, partnerships, careers, and a 25-year anniversary section. Every content type has its own structured template, field architecture, and navigation context. The design system translates the rebrand’s geometric pattern language into full-width hero sections, gradient overlays, and card-based layouts that scale from the homepage down through deeply nested solution pages without losing visual coherence. HubSpot form integrations handle lead capture and demo requests across the site, with Cloudflare providing CDN and security at the infrastructure layer. The build prioritized editorial independence — the marketing and content teams manage the Knowledge Hub, customer stories, and solution pages entirely through the CMS directly through the CMS.

The depth of the information architecture was the defining challenge — a site this wide and this deep requires structural discipline at every level, from template inheritance to navigation logic to field group design.

Results

The digital foundation for a company operating at the top of its category.

The redesigned site launched in alignment with Analytic Partners’ 2023 rebrand rollout and immediately became the company’s primary digital surface for enterprise sales, analyst engagement, and content marketing. The platform supports the full weight of a company that was named a Leader in The Forrester Wave for Marketing Measurement and Optimization, recognized as a Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader, and serves over 1,000 brands across 50 countries. The Knowledge Hub operates as an active content engine — blog posts, research publications, customer stories, and ROI Genome insights are published and managed entirely by the internal team through the structured CMS layer. The site continues to run in production at analyticpartners.com, carrying the company through its 25-year anniversary and ongoing platform expansion, with no architectural changes required since launch.

Analytic Partners is the clearest proof point that WordPress and Timber can deliver at the enterprise level. The same Timber/Twig architecture I use on this portfolio site — and that I refined through years of agency and independent work — powers a platform serving a Forrester Wave and Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader, scaling with the business rather than against it.
