Brochure website for a workplace safety consulting firm specializing in OSHA compliance, safety training, and job site inspections. A fast-turnaround WordPress build designed to establish credibility and generate inbound leads for a company that had been operating entirely on referrals.

Solo freelance build — design and development.

Background

A safety consulting firm needed a professional web presence — fast.

AMA Safety is a workplace safety consulting company offering OSHA compliance services, safety training, and job site inspections across disciplines including fall protection, confined space entry, hazard communication, forklift safety, and trenching and excavation. The company had been operating on referrals and word-of-mouth but lacked any digital presence — no website, no way for prospective clients to vet the business online before picking up the phone. In an industry where credibility is everything, that gap was costing them opportunities.

The ask was simple: build a clean, professional site that communicated competence and made it easy for potential clients to understand the services offered and make contact.

Implementation

A lean WordPress build optimized for clarity and conversion.

I built the site on WordPress with a lightweight theme configured for speed and simplicity. The information architecture was straightforward — a homepage establishing the brand, dedicated service pages covering each consulting discipline (inspections, fall protection, confined space, hazard communication, ergonomics, and more), and a prominent contact section with a structured inquiry form. Every page was built mobile-first with responsive layouts, clean typography, and fast load times. No bloated page builders, no unnecessary plugins — just semantic markup, custom CSS, and WordPress doing what it does best as a content management platform.

The site was designed so the client could update service descriptions, add testimonials, and manage contact form submissions independently — zero developer dependency after handoff.

Results

From zero web presence to a professional digital storefront in weeks.

The site went live on a tight timeline and immediately gave AMA Safety the credibility layer they had been missing. Prospective clients could now find the company through search, review the full scope of services, and submit inquiries directly — replacing a process that had relied entirely on phone calls and personal introductions. The contact form became the primary lead generation channel within the first month. The lean build also meant the site loaded fast and ranked well organically for local safety consulting searches without any paid advertising spend.

This project is a clean example of what a focused, well-executed brochure site can accomplish — the right scope, delivered quickly, with lasting utility for the client’s business.
